Facility Rental Only- $200
Exclusive use of Walker Hall and the picnic grove.

Petting Zoo with Circle N Stables- $500
One hour of animal goodness, along with 3 hours of access to Walker Hall and the picnic grove. The petting zoo includes a mini pony, a pig, a goat, bunnies, a sheep, and a chicken. Limit 20 children and their parents.

Guided Explorations (Choose between Bugs, Birds, or Water Critters)- $125 fee + $20 per child
Our field trips, but modified to be less formal and more experiential.

• Bugs: we give each child bug jars for the bug program and go hunt for critters while identifying them.
• Water critters: We wade into the creek with nets that the kids can take home and look for fish and invertebrates.
• Birds: We gift each child binoculars and walk through the trails looking for birds both real and staged.

Each of those programs are $20 per child with an additional flat $125 rental fee for 3 hours access to Walker Hall and the picnic grove. The $20 fee includes access to the property for the child and their guardians, the take-home gift of bug jar/net/binoculars, and 1.5 hours of guided exploration across our property. There is a 5 child minimum.

Maclellan Island Goat Boat Tour- $700-$1200
Enjoy a chartered "Goat Boat" tour to Maclellan Island to see the goats who call it home. You can even pet the goats and feed them treats!

• A 3 hour tour including time for a picnic (not provided) for up to 10 people- $700
• A 3 hour tour including time for a picnic (not provided) for 10-30 people- $1,200

Maclellan Island Overnight Stay- $2500
Let's camp on Maclellan Island! We'll kayak out with you to the campsite on the island and camp there overnight. We will shuttle all of your gear to the island, so no need to fret about bringing it in your kayak.
Trip includes up to 15 people. Kayaks included, camping gear not provided.
