Tired of the same old conference rooms and stale coffee for your corporate events? Break free from the ordinary and dive into an extraordinary experience at Chattanooga Audubon Society, where nature takes the stage and your event becomes an adventure!
Most corporate events will require the rental of Walker Hall, the Pavilion, and the Picnic Grove. These three spaces are adjacent to each other with blended indoor/outdoor space, a kitchen set-up, and access to electricity, water, and restroom facilities for a 50-person maximum capacity. The standard rate for this type of rental is $1,000 with an additional $50 if access to the property after 5 p.m. is necessary. If the event has over 50 people attending, the renter is responsible for renting port-a-potties due to constrictions on high-volume use of our restroom facilities.
If you would prefer exclusive access to our Audubon Acres property for your event, it will be a $2,500 flat fee. Availability for exclusive access depends heavily on our programming schedules, so it is recommended to reach out as far in advance as possible for exclusive access events.
Please Note: If you plan on having alcohol at your event, the renter is responsible for acquiring a Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission License at the level appropriate for alcohol being served (e.g. beer permit, liquor permit). Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. A copy of Chattanooga Audubon Society's alcohol policy will be provided upon consultation for the event, and it is strongly recommended to reach out well in advance to allow time for permitting to be completed.
