Animal Yoga
Join us on August 12th from 9:30am-10:30am to enjoy Animal Yoga for the whole family!
Roar like a lion, slither like a snake, fly like a bird! During Animal Yoga, we will be imitating animals and birds in movement, play, and voice. In this practice, animal yoga poses are used to guide others to creatively express themselves. This class is for the whole family! Tickets are $3 for members and $8 for non-members. If you have any questions, please email enull@chattaudubon.org or call 423-892-1499 |
