We are happy to be soliciting vendor applications for the 2024 Fairy & Folk Festival! All information can be found in the documents on this page. If you're having trouble reading the embedded version, we recommend downloading the file to make viewing easier.
If you decide that you'd like to be a vendor, please apply by clicking on the link below. We are accepting applications until April 19th. We’ll be letting vendors know if they’ve been accepted on a rolling basis. If you’ve been accepted, we will send you an online invoice for your vendor fee. Your spot will not be confirmed until you have paid. There will be a cap on the number of vendors in each category including food, crafts, local businesses, animal encounters, non-profits, etc.

Your sponsorship allows us to keep this festival low-cost and
accessible while adding new and exciting elements. In 2024 we hope to include even more ways for folks to make memories at the festival. Your company will be introduced as a supporter of CAS to not only our 1500+ members and 10k+ social media followers, but to the thousands of attendees we are expecting. Our main attendees are families with school-aged children and adults interested in the fantastical/whimsical realms and cosplay. Our sponsorship packages begin at $250 and have a wide range of benefits for companies including booth space(s), tickets to the festival, VIP parking spots, signage next to the area(s) you sponsor and your logo in a prominent spot on the back of festival t-shirts.
