If you decide that you'd like to be a vendor, please apply by clicking on the button below. We are accepting applications until April 19th. We’ll be letting vendors know if they’ve been accepted on a rolling basis. If you’ve been accepted, we will send you an online invoice for your vendor fee. Your spot will not be confirmed until you have paid. Non-profit partners are free! Please apply through this form regardless. There will be a cap on the number of vendors in each category including food, crafts, local businesses, animal encounters, non-profits, etc.

2026 Sponsor Information

Your sponsorship allows us to keep this festival low-cost and
accessible while adding new and exciting elements. In 2026 we hope to include even more ways for folks to make memories at the festival. Your company will be introduced as a supporter of CAS to not only our 1500+ members and 10k+ social media followers, but to the thousands of attendees we are expecting. Our main attendees are families with school-aged children and adults interested in the fantastical/whimsical realms and cosplay. Our sponsorship packages begin at $500 and have a wide range of benefits for companies including booth space(s), tickets to the festival, VIP parking spots, signage next to the area(s) you sponsor and your logo in a prominent spot on the back of festival t-shirts.
