Volunteer Information
We're looking for volunteers for both the day of the festival and before the festival! Several stations will need to be manned, there are people to park, tickets to take, and more. We'd love as much help as we can get! Dressing whimsically is optional, but encouraged.
Some of the day-of volunteer needs include:
Volunteers must be at least 12 years old. Morning and afternoon shifts available. All volunteers receive free attendance to the event. Please only sign up if you can commit to your volunteer position. This event is made possible by our dedicated volunteers.
Some of the day-of volunteer needs include:
- Dressing whimsically and being stationed throughout the festival to greet folks and add to the ambiance
- Assisting with parking
- Manning a kid's craft area
- Checking-in attendees at the Visitor Center
- Acting as a "floater" relieving other stations as needed
- Collecting natural materials before the event (sticks, twigs, moss, pine needles)
- Helping make decor before the event (archway, paper mache mushrooms, signs etc)
- Day before logistical help (marking out parking spots, marking off vendor spaces)
